Frankly, we’re actually quite bored of those common bicycles we’re selling or repairing. And luck comes our way that we found this custom beach cruiser frame at our supplier’s place. So our journey to make this bare frame into a cool beach cruiser begins.

We first decided on the group set and drive train. And we found some cool new old stock Shimano Tourney TX50 6 Speed Shifter. Complete with colour matched alloy brake lever on Taiwanese alloy handlebar.

Also, we have some new old stock Shimano Tourney TY15 rear derailleur and Shimano TZ20 6 speed freewheel. That would complete the group set.

Then, our favourite crank set of all time, Sugino Japan alloy crankset completed with KMC K810 chain. Please note that the chain looks like K710 for single speed but it’s not. The K810 still able us to shift through the 6 speed without any problem. Lastly, the VP LED lights Pedals to add on safety and niubility.

Then it’s time for the brake. We found some cool Dia Compe Japan hub brakes with cooling fins. And, we’re running the whole bike on Panaracer Fire XC Pro. Look at the red line. We’re drooling.
